hi...whats a busy schedule?...is that schedule really tight or busy which we consider tight..?..or is that we just make it a pretension?...i think so...
any routine can be adjusted anyhow..because it has to be done...so...no excuses...
let the activities be five in number or 10 in number...they all can be adjusted and fitted in the 24 hour slot of a single day...
